RETURN POLICY
This return policy is an integral part of our terms and conditions of sale:

1).
You must inform Fanatico of all refunds or exchanges you intend to make. They must have our prior approval.

2).
All items must be returned safely packed with original packing included

3).
Return shipping charges are non refundable

4).
All returns should be made to the UPS-SCS warehouse shown on the dispatch label as expeditor on the original package. Returned figurines must be received by us within 14 days of the date of its original shipment.

5).
Please make the return using courier service or recorded delivery to enable you to track the package

6).
Please indicate if you require an exchange or a refund

7).
Fanatico will refund you with the standard cost of shipping to the above address only in respect of:
• defective product (breakage, parts missing etc.)
• delivery of a product incompatible with your original order (i.e. Product A ordered, Product B delivered)

8).
Products returned must be shipped prepaid. COD (collect freight) shipments will not be accepted by Fanatico’s warehouses.

9).
Refunds (including your return postage - provided the return is deemed justified) will be channelled to you through “Worldpay” to your credit card account used by you upon payment for your original purchase.

Please note: All offers of replacement are based on the availability of the product. Limited edition exclusives and variant figures are generally not available for replacement. There is no guarantee that every figure will be available. Products released will lose any guarantee of support by Fanatico after a certain amount of time has passed. This amount of time is decided by Fanatico and is based upon the availability of the product.
